Kyoto Cafe - Sentido
Hi everyone!
Greetings from Kyoto.
Today I'll be posting some memories about the second cafe that I visited. It was on the morning of my first day of working! Sentido opens a little bit later than Maeda Coffee (9.30am), and that's why I chose that day! (Sadly, only) on that day, I started work at 11am. I was so excited to go there because I saw on the internet that it's good. And fortunately, it's on my way to my workplace!
It's very near to Karasuma Oike Station, and inside the cafe was very warm. I chose to sit at the corner back of the cafe.
It's a very small cafe, but the simple design is relaxing and straightforward. They have some great options, and in the end (after a long time thinking) I ordered banana bread and a latte.
Believe me, it's wonderful. The banana bread was tasty and quite crispy. I don't know why the butter was so small, but it's alright! I took my time drinking the coffee. Each sip was bliss.
They also have a collection of magazines, including magazines about cafes and coffee.
Percentage of coming back? 93%.
*Note: percentage of coming back is not rating. It doesn't mean that it's a bad place, it's just my personal opinion whether I would go all the way back. I may be going back again if I don't have any more places on my list to visit.
I would definitely re-visit the place. I NEED at least one more cup of their coffee in my life!
I was too shy to go to the front and take pictures, so I only took this picture when I was leaving. (I wanted to stay longer!)
